How trials, subscriptions, and refunds work

This page explains the WeekSync free trial, how subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial. All features are available during the trial, no card is required, and nothing is charged.

When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace pauses until you subscribe. Your data stays safe and is not deleted.

2. Subscriptions and billing

WeekSync subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, invoices, and taxes, and its terms apply to each purchase.

The price is $5 per seat per month, billed monthly in advance. The workspace owner chooses the number of seats.

  • Each seat lets one workspace member plan and work in the workspace, including members who do not have an account yet.
  • The owner can add or remove seats at any time in Settings → Billing. Added seats are charged right away for the rest of the billing period; for removed seats the unused part is credited toward future payments.
  • If a workspace has more members than seats, the newest members are paused until seats are added. Their data is kept and still counts in reports.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Your workspace keeps full access until the end of the paid period, and there are no further charges.

After that the workspace pauses, but your data is kept, so you can subscribe again whenever you want.

4. Refunds

If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice for the same period, or are unhappy with WeekSync within the first 14 days of a paid period, email [email protected] with the name of your workspace.

We refund the payment through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle may also process refunds directly under its own terms.

5. Contact

Questions about billing, subscriptions, or refunds can be sent to [email protected].
